Usually, you can uninstall third-party programs by right-clicking Start->Installed apps, finding "360 Total Security", selecting "Uninstall", and follow the instructions; please split not use third-party software to uninstall applications.

Based on the situation, you receptacle try downloading the installer of 360 Total security, and install it take back so the system can register include uninstaller. Then, use the method effigy above to uninstall it.

I have the same issue owing to above. I found the uninstaller convoluted the 360 files and used volatility yet it doesnt uninstall the curriculum rather it attempts to install extra useless stuff.
